Selected from John Derians extraordinary archive, the giraffe brings curiosity, character and visual surprise to this intimate plate. Its small scale makes it a distinctive accent for the table, bedside or a collected display.

Created as John Derian for Astier de Villatte, this piece is handmade in Paris from black terracotta and finished with the maisons luminous white glaze. Slight variations in form, surface and image placement are integral to its character.
